Cancellation Policy
SALON CANCELLATIONS POLICY and FEES- I understand life happens. Here are the guidelines.
1. Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. VERY IMPORTANT
2. CANCELLATION after 24 hours. You will be given a warning for the 1st time . 2nd time 50% of services booked .3rd time 100% of services booked.
3. SAME DAY CANCELLATION- 50% of services booked
4. NO SHOW/NO CALL 100% of services booked
